When you sign in, we receive from Viscra SSO your username, avatar, and linked Roblox account details (username, display name, thumbnail). If you connect Stripe, we store your Stripe account ID. We also store records of purchases and asset uploads.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to operate the marketplace: displaying your profile, facilitating purchases, processing payouts, and sending notifications about your listings or purchases. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Viscra SSO — authentication and identity
• Stripe — payment processing and seller payouts
• Roblox — gamepass ownership verification

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. Purchase records are retained for a minimum of 2 years for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us on Discord.

5. Cookies & Sessions

We use a single encrypted session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption for sessions and do not store payment card information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe. Uploaded files are stored on our servers and served only to users with access.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us via our Discord server.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or Discord.
