Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Quartz Tech ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Quartz Tech is operated by Viscra Technologies.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Viscra account and a linked Roblox account to use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Seller Conduct

By listing an asset, you confirm that you are the original creator and hold all necessary rights to sell it. You must not list stolen, plagiarised, or otherwise infringing content. All assets are subject to review and approval before being listed publicly.

4. Commission & Payments

Quartz Tech charges a 10% platform commission on all USD sales, plus an additional 2% on sales exceeding $15. Robux transactions are handled externally via Roblox gamepasses and are not subject to USD commission. Sellers must connect a Stripe account to receive payouts.

5. Prohibited Content

The following are not permitted on the platform: malicious scripts, backdoors, obfuscated code with harmful intent, content that violates Roblox's Terms of Service, adult content, or anything that infringes third-party intellectual property.

6. Refunds

All sales are final unless a purchased asset is found to be materially different from its description or is non-functional. Refund requests must be submitted via our Discord within 7 days of purchase.

7. Account Suspension

Viscra Technologies reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without notice. Banned users forfeit access to purchased assets on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quartz Tech is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Viscra Technologies is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or purchased assets.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or our Discord.
